Project Specialist (female/male)​

We're looking for a proactive and organized Project Specialist to join our team in Warsaw!

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Managers with meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking, including:
  • Maintaining project documentation, tracking project data, and preparing regular status updates and reports to support project monitoring and decision-making.
  • Coordinating testing and validation activities, tracking progress, documenting outcomes, and supporting Project Managers in ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and release readiness criteria. 
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across project delivery streams, following up on action items, and maintaining alignment of project roadmaps and SDLC activities within project management tools.
  • Monitor Service Desk activities and incident status, consolidating and communicating regular reports on open issues, resolution progress, and recurring trends to support informed decision-making.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Polish is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year of studies, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields
